No, our facility is a parent/guardian supervised at all times centre. Stay and catch up with other like minded people while your children play.

Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not allowed in CV Kids Playhouse. However, we have snacks and drinks available for purchase at our concession stand, including healthy options. We also offer a café area where you can enjoy your snack. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a toddler area for 0-3 years and the our main structure suitable for 0-12 years of age. Parents or guardians of children can go on the structure with the children.

Yes, we have a variety of activities for children of all ages and abilities. Toddler time (0-4years old) MONDAY  9am till 11am and Sensory Hour THURSDAY 12-3pm. Sensory time has lower lighting, No music and small number of children allowed in the time slots.
We understand that every child has different needs, and we want to ensure that everyone has a great time at CV Kids Playhouse. 

Yes, we do sell gift cards and gift certificates at CV Kids Playhouse. They make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion. The gift cards and certificates can be purchased in any denomination and can be used towards admission fees, food and drinks, or any other purchases at our facility. Please visit our front desk to purchase a gift card or certificate today.

Yes, You must wear socks. We recommend GRIP SOCKS as it will make climbing more enjoyable for the little ones! All visitors are required to wear socks while playing or sitting in the cafe at CV Kids Playhouse. This is for hygiene and safety reasons as it helps maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone. If you forget to bring socks, we have them available for purchase at our front desk. 

Yes we have one baby change table in our accessible bathroom, We also have extra diapers and kids clothes if your child has an accident (All donated by families- a take one bring one idea we have started!) 

We also have step stools and toddler seats in each bathroom to make going to the washroom easier.

We reccommend 5 minutes before you time slot booked so you have time to find a park in our designated stalls or street parking, fill in the waiver if you haven't already online, and take your shoes off. 
For birthday parties if you are decorating for Simple But Sweet 10 minutes prior to party time and Supreme 5 minutes prior as we have done all the decorating for you.

Yes! We highly suggest you book online for a time slot in advance to avoid disappointment. We have 3 months at a time booking open to reserve your time slot. 

When you book your birthday celebrations with us you gain access to the birthday party room for the 2 hour time slot, so kids can come back have their drinks and food together. There will still be other patrons from outside the party in the rest of the centre. We do have full facility rentals if you are looking to hire the entire CV Kids Playhouse.

Yes you can! Please email us at info@cvkidsplayhouse.ca with you birthday party booking and we can upgrade your party to the Supreme Party.
